The advanced course in flow cytometry will be of particular relevance for researchers involved in the field of vaccination, both at the pre-clinical and clinical level, with basic knowledge of flow cytometry. The course will cover aspects such as the profiling of B and T cell responses, detection of rare cells, combination of multicolor flow cytometry with multi-gene next generation sequencing, standardization and quality assurance for multicolor flow cytometry and validation of flow cytometric methods in clinical trials, analysis of multi-dimensional data and computational flow cytometry.
The course will also include practical sessions and offers to participants the opportunity to analyse and discuss their own data.
The course will be limited to a maximum of 10 students, and participants’ course registration fees and hotel accommodation will be covered by ADITEC European Project.
